The RESTORE - NEWSTART® program lasts 8 or 10 days and is carried out at the VitaSalus® Healthy Living Center. It was created by health professionals with the aim of providing an excellent opportunity to renew your health, through the adoption of 8 important life principles such as good nutrition, adequate physical activity, water, sunlight, rest, among others.

A wide range of treatments are available including, but not limited to:
  • Accommodation in a suite or room
  • Full board, with vegetarian meals
  • Personalized support
  • 3 medical consultations
  • 1 clinical psychology consultation
  • 5 group sessions "Therapeutic Conversations"
  • 3 counseling sessions
  • Music therapy
  • Ceramic therapy
  • 15 daily classes on how to recover from depression and anxiety and how to acquire healthy lifestyle habits
  • Practical classes in healthy vegetarian cooking
  • Physical exercise with a Personal Trainer, water aerobics and nature walks
  • Massage

  • Single Room (one person per room, sharing common bathroom facilities with 4 rooms): 870 € per person
  • Double Room (two people per room – family member or friend participating in the program – sharing common bathroom facilities with 4 rooms): 790 € per person
  • Companion in a room (accommodation and meals only): 530 €
SUITES:
  • Single Suite (one person per suite; suite with living room, bedroom, and private bathroom): 1210 € per person
  • Double Suite (two people per suite – family member or friend participating in the program – suite with living room, bedroom, and private bathroom): 1010 € per person

  • Extra bed for participating adult: 945 €
